The Hayne family has four decades of fathers, sons, cousins and what we call extended family members who took to roofing for either a lifetime career or to work their way through college. Minnesota weather constantly wears on the exteriors of our homes in addition to high winds, tornados and the mother of all enemies to your roof and exterior...hail. Every Spring many areas of Minnesota experience storm damage. Our sales personnel are experienced in working with insurance companies. We are always available to meet with customers and insurance adjusters to assist in evaluating damage.

Our sales people first examine a roof for structural problems sometimes created by roof design and angles that are problematic with Minnesota winters and fall buildups of leaves and debris. Age wear and immediate damage are assessed as well as the other exteriors to include gutters, windows, siding and decking.

A. Hayne Roofing will provide a free inspection and damage assessment. We will also guide you through the process with your claim if you wish.

B. After contacting your insurance company reporting you have damage and asking for a claim number, your representative from Hayne Roofing will be available to meet with your insurance adjuster to identify any damage.

C. When you receive a loss summary report from your insurance company, your representative from Hayne Roofing will review the claim with you.

D. After final assessment of what is to be performed you pick the materials, type and colors.

E. Your representative will explain and review any final paperwork with you and set a date for work to commence.
