Warranty Work
In the event of a storm, there seems to be a number people knocking on our doors from out-of-state. They sometimes say that they are affiliated with local groups when you ask about warranty work.
However, ask yourself one question before signing an agreement:
Who Is Going to Fix Warranty Work?
- Hayne Roofing has been in the Twin Cities and intends to always be here to assist customers with any warranty work.
- We are a phone call away, right here in the neighborhood… not 2000 miles away.
- Customer relationships are important to us and much of our business comes from referrals from our current customers.

Sage Advice for Homeowners
- Check if the Contractor is licensed to do business in the State of Minnesota by contacting Sec. of State (800-657-3602).
- Ask for proof that the Contractor and people working for him are insured.
- Ask for references!
- Make sure that all oral promises are in the written contract.
- Be sure that the name, address, license number, and phone number appear on all invoices.
- Be suspicious if you’re asked to pay for the entire job up front. The down payment should be no more than one-half of the total contract price.
