Linda enjoys working behind the scenes. Previous to becoming a Principal in Hayne Roofing, she had been involved with home sales as a partner for many years in TW Homes, building homes in SW Wisconsin. She also sold advertising for Metro Media Group, Inc. Following that she partnered in the ownership and supervised the build out of four Dunn Brother Coffee locations. Her sales and past business ownership experiences have given her some unique skill sets.

Wes started roofing at 13 years of age. He drifted away from Hayne Roofing at age 19 when he decided to follow a career as a professional musician. Then he moved to the business side of the entertainment business. A midlife invitation to become a stockbroker eventually lead to starting his own brokerage firm, investment banking and public underwritings. After a very active career in finance he finally connected up with Hayne Roofing a few years ago after his uncles had retired from the business. He invited his nephew, Keven Nelson to join him along with the rest of the family to continue the journey.

Keven started his career at age 14 painting and white washing barns with his Grandpa Nelson. This eventually lead to building spec homes and then on to apartment buildings. He then started his own company in Wisconsin which specialized in roofing and siding until he was offered a position doing mechanical repairs and problem solving for fabricating with RR Donnelly. He decided to leave that position (on very good terms) to move to Minnesota and pursue Hayne Roofing.

Jon has specialized in painting having founded, www.getfreshpaint.biz. He started Get Fresh Paint and has grown it over the years expanding into commercial work as well as residential. He maintains a faithful following of long term clients that have been the back bone of his business for years. He has construction in his blood and handles all of our painting needs.

Mark has been involved in construction his entire career. His primary responsibility is designing and installing closet systems, doors, mirrors, etc. for Harkraft Building Systems. His skill sets come in handy when the family business needs help.
